Our collection

A handpicked collection of Australian destinations, designed for connection, celebration and effortless, sensory escape

Our next invitation awaits

Two of Australia’s most storied wine regions are about to feel even more like home.

Defined by its philosophy of Celebrated Luxury, Ardour Hotels & Estates will debut in 2026 with two of Australia’s most storied heritage estates, Ardour Milton Park Bowral and Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains both revealing multi-million-dollar renovations that blend heritage elegance with contemporary luxury.

Ardour will then arrive in the Hunter Valley and the Barossa, welcoming Ardour Guesthouse Hunter Valley and Ardour Kingsford Barossa into the family. Each estate is shaped by its place with heritage walls, generous tables, and days that unfold at an unhurried pace, with wine always within reach.

Expect the rituals you know and love, reimagined through local terroir. Gather for Ardour Hour, linger over long lunches, and let us take care of the details. We’ll be ready when you are.
