Fly, Dine and Roar takes you from the peaceful heritage surrounds of Kingsford The Barossa to the wild plains of Monarto Safari Park — the largest safari park outside Africa.

Information

Your day begins with a scenic helicopter flight aboard Barossa Helicopters, offering aerial views of the Barossa Valley and beyond as you journey to the Safari Park.

Once there, you enter into the immersive Lions 360 — a guided encounter with majestic lions, with the option (subject to availability) to upgrade to a feeding experience for a more intimate wildlife moment.

After your safari adventure, the experience continues with a gourmet lunch and wine tasting at a local Barossa winery (timing and venue depending on season), returning you to Kingsford via helicopter.

Because elements such as package type (standard or upgraded Lions 360, inclusion of lunch/wine tasting, return transfer) vary, the full scope of your day depends on the selected options at booking.

This exclusive adventure is available for $3,990 for two people. Available daily by reservation only.

Inclusions

Your experience includes return helicopter flights operated by Barossa Helicopters, departing from Kingsford to Monarto Safari Park, with either a direct return or a transfer that incorporates a lunch and wine tasting before returning to your accommodation. Lunch and the accompanying wine tasting are hosted at a Barossa Valley winery, with the venue confirmed based on seasonal availability.

Admission to Monarto Safari Park is included, covering transit into the park and entry to the Lions 360 experience. Guests can choose the standard Lions 360 encounter or upgrade to a lion-feeding session, subject to availability. The experience also includes a conservation contribution, a private Monarto Safari Park host to meet you at the helipad and return you after the encounter, and a Lions 360 conservation bracelet as a memento of your visit.

Please note that for the safety of all passengers, we require each guest to disclose their weight when booking the helicopter trip. This information is crucial for proper weight distribution and overall safety during the flight.

All personal information will be handled with confidentiality and used solely for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding.
