Wellness Weekend at Kingsford The Barossa

This intimate winter wellness retreat, co-hosted by Kingsford The Barossa and Beyond Wellness, is designed to gently guide you back to balance, presence and connection. Led by Jenny O'Brien, this two-night, fully inclusive experience weaves mindful movement, reflection, and time in nature with exceptional Kingsford The Barossa hospitality and dining.

Across three unhurried days, the retreat invites you to slow down and settle in. Friday afternoon a heartfelt welcome by the billabong (weather pending), flowing into grounding movement and an intimate dinner. Saturday unfolds with a guided walk along the North Para River, a reflective workshop, lunch at Orleana, and a restorative sound journey, before an atmospheric evening featuring dinner and a fireside gathering beneath the winter sky. Sunday is intentionally gentle, with soft movement, a lingering breakfast, and time to farewell with clarity and calm.
