Terms

• We love all kinds of dogs, and to ensure the best possible experience for your pooch, we welcome dogs with a maximum weight of 25kg.
• To ensure we have time to prepare everything for you and your furry friend, we require at least 7 days’ notice to book all pooch packages.
• Upon booking, owners will be provided a pet waiver, which must be signed and returned prior to arrival.
• To ensure both you and your pooch enjoy a comfortable stay, we have especially allocated pet-friendly rooms. Each room will be thoughtfully supplied with a dog bed, dog bowl, waste bags, and a bin for $150/night extra.
• Your pooch is welcome inside, provided they can resist the temptation to cuddle up on any furniture.
• Pets must always remain with their owners and, for safety reasons, cannot be left unattended in the room at any time. When out and about exploring the property, dogs must be on a leash at all times, and we kindly ask that all doggy doo-doo is picked up before departure.
• Your furkid is welcome to relax poolside, but paws must stay dry - dogs are not permitted to enter the pool.
• While we know you'd love to have your pooch by your side always, pets are not permitted inside éRemo Restaurant; however, they are more than welcome to join you all meals on the éRemo terrace.
