This event offer is valid for bookings between 1–31 May 2026, subject to availability and subject to change without notice. Offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or special offer. Bookings are essential. Additional guests joining for lunch will be charged at standard applicable rates. Wine pairings and beverages are not included unless specified and will be charged separately. No refunds or credits will be issued for non‑attendance, late arrivals, or unused inclusions. Spa bookings must be confirmed in advance. Late arrival to treatment may result in a reduced treatment time, with full cost still applying. If one guest chooses not to participate in the spa treatment, no refund applies, though the remaining guest may upgrade their treatment (subject to availability). No refunds will be provided for weather‑related disruptions; however, date changes may be considered at management discretion. Helicopter transfers are at an additional cost (no included in event offer price) and are operated by a third‑party provider and subject to their terms and conditions. Spicers Peak Lodge accepts no responsibility for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling of helicopter transfers.
