Our Spa Is Now Open

Following extensive refurbishment as part of the hotel’s transformation to Ardour Lilianfels, Èliva Blue Mountains is now open and delighted to welcome guests. Marking a significant milestone in the estate's revitalisation, Èliva introduces a contemporary approach on wellness to the region, centred on personalised, whole-body wellbeing tailored to individual needs.

The spa features four treatment rooms, a Signature Oil Bar, traditional sauna and steam room, mineral pool, and a dedicated recovery lounge with vibroacoustic bed. Guests can choose from a curated collection of therapeutic massages, advanced facials, innovative recovery rituals, and signature experiences, all guided by our core pillars: Rest, Recovery, and Invigorate.

Whether you're staying at Ardour Lilianfels or visiting for the day, Èliva invites you to experience wellness that feels intuitive, unhurried, and entirely your own.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience at Èliva Blue Mountains, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

For guests looking to unwind further before their treatment, access to the pool, steam room, and sauna is available. Arriving one hour in advance allows time to fully enjoy these facilities.

Should you need to modify or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within this timeframe, or failure to attend a scheduled treatment, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This policy ensures that all guests have the opportunity to experience Èliva Blue Mountains.

Guests are invited to enjoy the spa's wellness facilities before or after their treatment, including the mineral pool, steam room, sauna and recovery spaces, allowing time to fully immerse themselves in the experience. Alternatively, our Thermal Experience is available as a standalone ritual.

The Pregnancy Massage is available for expectant mothers from the second trimester onwards. It involves a combination of gentle, rhythmic pregnancy-safe techniques and nourishing organic oils, designed to soothe tension and promote deep relaxation.
